3. Order Placement and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

We currently deliver within Delhi NCR and surrounding areas. Delivery to other locations may be arranged on a case-by-case basis with additional charges.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the specified time window
  • Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility
  • Same-day delivery is subject to order placement time and availability

4.3 Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address
  • If no one is available, we will attempt to reschedule the delivery
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries
  • We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by customers

5. Quality and Freshness

  • We cannot guarantee that fruits will remain fresh beyond their natural shelf life
  • Proper storage and handling by customers is essential for maintaining quality
  • We recommend consuming fruits within their optimal freshness period

5.2 Quality Issues

If you receive fruits that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and provide appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing begins
  • Cancellation requests must be made via phone or email
  • Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
  • Government actions, strikes, or labor disputes
  • Transportation disruptions or fuel shortages
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
  • Other events of force majeure
